Rhebokskloof has a unique terroir, composed of old decomposed granite soils from the granite hills surrounding the estate and cool sea breezes that positively influence the grapes which grow on various aspects at altitudes varying from 200 – 340 metres above sea level.

The estate’s main focus and passion is Shiraz, but also has plantings of Pinotage, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc in this soil.

Although the main cultivars planted on Rhebokskloof are Shiraz, Pinotage, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc, other cultivars like Viognier, Roussanne, Grenache, Mourvedre and many more are planted in smaller volumes to create perfect blends.
