TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Rhebokskloof Gift Vouchers (or “Vouchers”) can be redeemed against goods and services uniquely at Rhebokskloof Wine Estate.
• Vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash and have no value unless redeemed in accordance with these terms.
• Picnic vouchers are only valid for two summer season from date of issue reflected in the voucher number.
• Vouchers may be combined with other forms of payment, but no part or full refund will be given against unused amounts.
• Voucher holders must mention the voucher number at the time of booking and present it on arrival at the restaurant.
• Vouchers are valid 12 months from the month of issue (represented in the voucher number directly after the date of year), unless otherwise stated on the voucher itself.
• The validity of the vouchers cannot be extended unless approved by the Management. The amount available for redemption on each voucher, shall, in the absence of manifest error, be the one stated on the voucher or the value of the corresponding service at the time of redemption.
• Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with receipt or use of the Voucher is the recipient’s responsibility.
• Rhebokskloof Wine Estate is not responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen or destroyed. If your voucher is lost or stolen, please alert us immediately at dining@rhebokskloof.co.za or by phone at (021) 869 8386, seven days a week, and we will endeavour to freeze the existing balance of the Voucher and arrange the issue of a replacement voucher to you for that amount.
• We reserve the right to cancel a voucher if we believe that the voucher was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means.
• Neither Rhebokskloof Wine Estate nor its affiliates are responsible for lost or stolen vouchers, or the security of any information contained on them.
