Black Marble Hill Syrah 2019
Experience this pensive Syrah from Paarl, where the essence of dark cherries and plums fresh from the forest combine with delicate cinnamon notes straight from the bark. The satiny tannins envelop the mouth in a warm embrace, revealing tart cranberry fruit with subtle hints of spice, resulting in a wine that is both delicate and bold.

Meat, excellent quality steak, grilled or cooked on an open fire. The Syrah is also an excellent pairing with cheeseboards if you avoid pungent washed-rind cheeses and strong blues. For a snack, it goes very well with black olives.
