VINIFICATION

Fermentation: Cold fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected
yeast strains. The wine was kept on lees for three
months prior to bottling for the purpose to promote
balance and flavour.

Barrel Maturation: No oak used.

TASTING NOTE

This wine has a rich note with dried fruit and apricot. The palate is full and
creamy with hints of dried fruit and pineapple. There is a slight hint of vanilla
sweetness on the aftertaste
