Market Dates & Opening Times:

• 5 July – 9:00 AM

• 12 July – 9:00 AM

• 16 August – 9:00 AM

• 6 September – 8:00 AM

• 13 September – 8:00 AM

• 27 September – 9:00 AM

You’re welcome to apply for one or multiple dates. Please note: Vendors whose product or service does not align with the event’s quality standards may not be considered for future markets.

Stall Fees & Inclusions:

• Application Deposit: R150 (payable only after approval – do not pay until notified)

• Stall Fee: R300 per event

• We Provide: Stall space, table, and electricity

• You Bring: Your own décor, signage, leads, and all other equipment required to operate your stall

Please also upload:

• Copy of Health Certificate (1 page)

• First page of your Business/Trading License

• COC Certificate if using gas

• Fire blanket and fire extinguisher are mandatory for all vendors using gas

🎯 Selection Criteria:

Applications will be reviewed by a panel based on:

• Product quality and uniqueness

• Variety and fit with the market experience

• Past participation and performance

• Avoidance of duplication

Rhebokskloof reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its discretion. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
