When will the Estate’s perimeter fence be in place?
How will security work, and what security measures are in place?
Security is a top priority at Rhebokskloof Estate. State-of-the-art measures, including controlled access, surveillance cameras and 24-hour security patrols, ensure peace of mind for all residents.

What protocols are in place in the event of a fire?
The developer will enforce a minimum firebreak width of 10m or 2x the height of adjacent vegetation, whichever is greater. The HOA will, once established, set new minimum requirements to be enforced or managed by the HOA.
2. WINE FARM OPERATIONS
What daily operations take place on the Estate?
At Rhebokskloof Estate, residents have the opportunity to live on a working wine farm, which includes growing, harvesting, and making wine right on their doorstep. The Rhebok restaurant is open every day of the week, including a function venue.
3. OCCUPATION
When will I be able to move into my home? How long will the building process take?
The expected occupation is between 12 and 18 months.
4. MONTHLY LEVIES & HOA
How much are the monthly levies, and what do they include?
Plus/minus R4 500, excluding VAT.
Will the Estate have an HOA?
Rhebokskloof Estate will have a dedicated HOA.
5. RENTALS
Can I rent my home out once it is completed? If yes, what are the rules for medium—and long-term lets and Airbnb?
The minimum rental period is 3 months. The Estate does not permit any Airbnb bookings.
6. ESTATE RULES
How will estate rules be enforced?
The Rhebokskloof HOA will be responsible for enforcing Estate rules.
Are there any restrictions on dog breeds?
There will be restrictions on dog breeds, and no cats will be allowed.
What are the rules for keeping pets?
Dogs must be kept on a leash when leaving the owner’s property. Exotic pets are prohibited
What is the speed limit?
20km/h
Can I operate a business from my home?
You will be allowed to operate a business from home with approval from the HOA and municipality
7. CONNECTIVITY
Will my home have fibre?
Fiber will be provided to the Estate, but each owner must use an approved service provider to install it in their homes.

What leisure facilities will be provided?

The HOA will collect refuse from homes and deliver it to the designated collection point for the municipality to remove.

Will there be access to the Paarl Mountain Reserve?
Yes, Paarl Mountain Nature Reserve awaits right on your doorstep, with some of the Western Cape’s finest mountain bike trails.

BESPOKE DESIGNER HOMES (1-16)

Can I use my own builder?
Asla Group will build all the bespoke designer homes on Rhebokskloof Estate.
Does my stand have to be registered in my name before construction commences?
Yes
2. HOUSE TYPE ACCOMMODATIONS
Can all house types be accommodated on all stands?
Subject to Architect’s approval.
3. HOME ALTERATIONS
Can I make alterations/extend my home once completed?
Alterations and home extensions are permitted with approval from the HOA and municipality.
Can I install a swimming pool at my home?
The addition of swimming pools is permitted.
STANDS (17 – 48)
1. BUILDING REGULATIONS
Can I use my own builder?
You are allowed to use your builder on stand 17 – 48 as long as the HOA approves.
